In 2015 was invited to join the British Army’s new 77th. Brigade, with officer training at Sandhurst Military Academy.

On several occasions was a Stabilisation Advisor to staff and students at the US Military Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth.

In the UK/Europe – frequently provided intelligence input into many short-term war-gaming and operations planning assignments.

In Mali, worked closely with US services to interpret ground knowledge; in Somalia with theNAVFOR Atalanta offshore counter-piracy operation, and with Somali forces.

Expert in conflict dynamics and analysis, intelligence and regional analysis, DDR and SSR – and senior liaison with civilian/military and humanitarian operations.
